Does Maple Treehouse have a physical store?
No, Maple Treehouse currently operate an online store. We are going to full digital, all orders will be made through our website or via email.

What kind of payment options does Maple Treehouse offer?
We only accept PayPal or you can either do a fund transfer via internet banking or via ATM transfer. Note: Please ensure you drop us an email with your Internet Banking nickname/ Transaction Reference number to speed up the checkout process.

Can I make payment with my credit card instead of Paypal?
Yes! PayPal does our credit card processing, but you do not need to create a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card. Click the “continue” link near the Visa and MasterCard logos. Do note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to successfully check out.

What are your shipping rates?
Please choose a registered option for peace of mind when it comes to shipping. We will cover lost parcels that are lost by registered mail but not for mails that are not under the registered option. 
For international orders, find the exact shipping rate by using the ‘Checkout’ function of your ‘Shopping Cart’. Make sure that you select the correct country from the dropdown menu. You will then be brought to the second page with the exact shipping costs to your country.

How long does does it take for pre-order/backorder items to arrive?
Please allow 4 to 8 business weeks for items that are on pre-order.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We will process in stocks orders within 1 to 2 working days upon receiving them and as soon as we get your payment confirmation. Do note that our mailing days are on every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

How quickly do you ship?
Our goal is to get all orders out within 1 - 2 working days. We get lots of emails thanking us for shipping so quickly. But there are times when it might take longer, such as when there is a major sale, when item(s) is on pre-order, a big holiday, or an important new product release. International orders typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive. If you’re in Singapore, it’s not unusual for our packages to show up the next day!

Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?
We accept returns within 7 days for any defective product. Customer will require to mail the items back to us for us to do a verification.  A refund will be issued upon receiving the defective items.  Please email us with a screenshot of the defective items prior to the return. Returns without prior authorization or beyond the 7 day time limit will not be honored, and do note that customer will be responsible for any mailing charges when returning the items back to us.

I have received a few emails from Maple Treehouse. What are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?
Order Received: This email informs you that Maple Treehouse has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Processed: This email confirms Maple Treehouse has processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that Maple Treehouse has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.

How secure is shopping with Maple Treehouse?
SSL (Secure Socket Layers)*, the industry standard encryption standard for online purchase is used at Maple Treehouse. All of your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted by SSL for all orders placed through Paypal. To check the security of your connection, look at the URL address bar of your browser window when you begin to checkout. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from “http” to “https”.

Can I do a self-collection or come down personally to pick up my order?
No, we currently run an online store and only deliver items via Singpost or HonestBee.

I cannot remove and add items into my shopping cart. Why and how to resolve this?
It should be a memory problem from your browser. Please delete your cookies.

I would like to make payment but I do not know your Bank Account Numbers. How do I proceed with the payment?

How do I know if my cart has been checked out successfully?
If you have entered a valid email address during your checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you did not enter any email address, please drop us an email with your name and order number at info@mapletreehouse.com to confirm your order with us.

What are heavy weight items?
Heavy weight items are defined as: Machines, Scrapbook Albums, Scoring Boards, Paper Trimmers, Cropper Hopper Storage Kits.

I live outside of Singapore. Do you accept overseas order?
Yes, we welcome you to shop with us! For international orders, find the exact shipping rate by using the ‘Checkout’ function of your ‘Shopping Cart’. Make sure that you select the correct country from the dropdown menu. You will then be brought to the second page with the exact shipping costs to your country. After which you can make payment via Paypal and we will ship out your order within 1-2 business days (for in stock items). A tracking number will be sent to you once the item is shipped. Note: For international shipping, your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order but there will be a cancelation fee charges depending on the bank or paypal rates.
